ELPS 608 - Instructional Coaching for Improvement
Credits: 3
This course prepares school administrators to lead and support instructional growth within their schools. Emphasis is on coaching strategies, providing effective feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Administrators will learn how to guide teachers in refining instructional practices, using data to drive decisions, and enhancing student outcomes. Fifty hours of internship hours will be required in this course.
