Credits:3 This course builds skills and competencies in four areas: Linus Command Line Interface, basic python scripting for automating bioinformatics tasks, biological databases, and NGS data analysis using the previous three competencies. It also explores open source software for accessing and analyzing data on remote Linux hosts. 2 hours lecture, 2 hours laboratory.
